Doulos - bringing knowledge, hope and help

Doulos, the world's oldest active ocean-going passenger ship as recognised in the Guinness Book of World Records. She is making her last trip here in Hong Kong before she retires in 2010 as planned.

“As soon as I arrived I discovered I was in the right place to learn and grow together with others,” declared Edineu Rodrigues Martins Jnr (Brazil), a volunteer on board. “I'm not the same and I cannot be the same anymore!” added said Rodrigo Vargas Saenz (Costa Rica) about his two-year experience bringing knowledge help and hope to the people of the world.
